I don't exercise at all since I'm "diseased"! lol Except for walks around the neighborhood. But I used to work out alot - I used to run on my school's cross country team-which obviously involves alot of cardio and upper body work. And I used to take a hip hop dance class (for three years) which we do an hour of normal exercise before we even began dancing. But I'm big on eating healthy. I don't eat sugar and I only eat organic food. I'm definitely obsessed with health- but I wouldn't say I'm a fitness guru.
